Return and Refund Policy
"NonStopDeal" wants you to be thrilled with your New Purchase. However if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, you can Return the Item and get FULL REFUND. You can Return Items for up to 7 Days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original invoice.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account after you provide us NEFT details or we will provide you NSD Store Credit Vouchers which you can redeem on your next purchase. The decision on method of refund will be solely at our discretion after discussion with the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don't received a refund, first check your account at our store for "Store Credit" or your " Discount Voucher" of equivalent amount. In case of transfer to your Bank, please recheck your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. How to return
For non-quality related reason of return, You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
- Click pictures of items you wish to return. You can make full or partial return.
- Send this pictures on Whatsapp +91 8767934934 alongwith your order number
- After we receive the request we will share return address.
- After your request gets accepted, You are responsible for return shipping fees, and you need to return it by courier. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- If you ordered Cash on Delivery, we will make transfer of funds in your bank account. For prepaid orders, funds will automatically go to original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
- In case we receive damaged or nonsaleable product in returns, refund is not applicable. Also we will charge extra for sending the damaged item back.
- If some of the items are missing in transit, we are not responsible and you will not be eligible for refund for missing items.
For quality related reason of return, like defective/wrong/damaged product received, please contact us on whatsapp +91 87679334934. We will send replacement after we receive the product. Courier charges will be issued in the form of credit store or coupons.
